Note: 1870 census says Eleanor S. V.
1880 census says Eugenie
Note: possibly the same man as #8564.
Note: Possibly the same William Welsh as #2725 who was the father of Henry Allison
Welsh.
Christened at the 1st Evangelical Lutheran Church in Carlisle.
Note: Magdalena Ray was recorded on the census 1 June 1850 living with her daughter Susanna Friedline's family. The estate sale for Magdalena Ray, deceased, was held 6 July 1850.
Magdalena's estate records show that her son-in-law Jacob Friedline owes $33.33 due on the first day of April in the years 1851-1863. While it does not state, I assume this to be a mortgage; probably meaning that he and Susanna were buying her farm.
Note: The brithday book of Mary Kathryn (Owens) Putnam in the possession of Nancy Hallberg lists an Aunt Kate Chinton whose birthday is March 6th. I take this to be the same person as her mother's sister Catherine. This assumption could be incorrect as I don't know whether or not her father had a sister named Kate.
