Note: Veronika may have been the daughter of Henrich Stettele.
Henry took application for 122.62 acres of land called Rugged Race in
York Township on 12 Nov. 1767.
Took addition to Rugged Race increasing it to 175 acres.
She may have had a brother Henry and a sister Catharina
Veronika died after Nov. 16, 1824 and before 1841
Note: Henry owned property in Windsor Township along what is now Grim Hollow Road
just off the Felton Road (on 1876 YC map shows Neff)
Note: Barbara Keener married Jacob Shaul (Shall). Jacob owned two tracts of land
in Lower Chanceford Twp. one of 73 acres called Oakpark, and another of 96
acres called Oatland
Barbara had a daughter before she married Jacob Shaul - June Lloyd, Librarian
at the Historical Society in York County, PA is from this line.
Barbara in 1850 Census in Hopewell Twp. living with family of Samuel Miller; age
63 (166/216-22). In 1870 Census living with Jacob and Mary Amanda Hough. Mary
Amanda was the daughter of Samuel Miller.
Note: The sponser for Catharina was Catharina dau. of Henrich Stettele.
Catharina was not mentioned in her fathers will of November 16, 1824, she may
have died as a young child.

Caroline Widen, Joseph, Sara Jane Smith. Lydia and John Henry are
presumed deceased.
Catherine Wise was the daughter of Henry Wise (1777/78) - (1855) and his
wife Mary (Maria) P. Shaul (1775) - (1875). Both buried in a private plot in
Lower Chanceford Twp.
Note: Census indicates John Henry was insane

served as a private in the Civil War in the One Hundred and Sixty-Sixth
Regiment, Company E.

Note: Meister family births list Victoria Regina, Harry Benjamin always said his mother's name was Victoria Alexandrina Regina Meister which she changed to Jennie Masters when she came to New England.
Grandma came from Nova Scotia and worked for Cyrus & Elizabeth (William Henry's parents) Heywood. She married William Henry a month before he enlisted in the Civil War. When he returned they lived in part of the house on Main St. Concord (known even today as the Heywood-Benjamin House). All their children were born in that house, except Fred who was born in Boston. They stayed there until William Henry, Jr. was about two, then they moved to Watertown for the rest of their lives except for a short period in Reading about 1909.
Possibly the Victoria Masters recorded as entering boston on 23 Dec 1850, or the Miss Masters who arrived 23 Dec 1857. Both from the Brig Halifax. Halifax, Nova Scotia to Boston. [Boston Passenger Lists, 1820-1943 [database on-line]
