their two children all set sail from London on the Planter, Nicholas Trevice,
Master, and arrived in Boston 7 June 1635. With them were three servants,

that Elizabeth was the former Widow Greengrasse.

William Brackett
From:Threlfall, John B. 50 Great Migration Colonists, p. 95-96.
He and Edward Brackett (presumably his brother) were residents of Sudbury at the same time. Both appear on the Sudbury list of the Military Survey of 1522.
William was an able archer, Edward an able billman, both listed as butchers, each assessed 12 pence on goods alued at $2.
One can reasonably assume that they grew up i the trade and learned it from their father who also must have lived in Sudbury.
Two years later they both appear again on record as tazpayers in the 1524 Subsidy Return each down for 4 pence on wages of 20 shillings. No earlier mention of the name in Sudbury has been found.
Edward Brackett died in 1540.
