I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid by my Executrix herinafter named.

I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth all my personal property of whatsoever kind I now have or hereafter may be posessed of, and I also will and bequeath unto my said wife all my real estate viz; The Plantation or Farm on which we now reside, during her natural life, and afterwards to her legal heirs. And I hereby empower my said wife or Executrix to sell and convey real estate, and make and execute little deeds for the same, the same as I could during my life time, (without holding an inquisition) and further, I empower my said wife or Executrix to divide the above described plantation, (if she chooses to do so), in her life time, and make little deeds for the same as follows. viz;
William Lambert shall have about 110 acres of the southeast end including the buildings in which we now live, for which the said Wm. M. Lambert shall pay $500 to my daughter Mariah Lambert in yearly installments of $100 each, commencing two years after the delivery of the Deed, Joseph M. And my daughter Catherine, now intermarried with Jacob J. Miller shall have that part on which she now resides, containing about 30 acres which shall be her full share, interest or part, of all my real estate.
